After our tour of The Breakers, we walked the north half of the Cliff Walk which offered beautiful views of Newport’s Easton Bay. The mansions that line this public walking trail have erected chain link fence, some with barbed wire, lined with tall, thick bushes on either side. Unfortunately, these security and privacy measures must obscure their million dollar views of the ocean.
